  35.      Hello there! About a year ago, I noticed that
  36. /Lynx's Swiped Incomplete List of Zoomorphic Publications/
  37. had some extremely old entries, dating back as far as '92, with an
  38. average around '95. Some had website listings. Others didn't. Some
  39. had submission guidelines, while others didn't. One 'zine even had
  40. two entries. Anyhow, I emailed Lynx about it, and got more or less
  41. drafted into updating the monster...
  42.  
  43. Countless bounced emails, at least twenty hours of work, and several
  44. reformattings later, I've come up with a brand-new, completely
  45. updated list! I hope you enjoy it.

  143. Notes:   The American Journal of Anthropomorphics is one of the most
  144.    well-established and professional publications to ever arise from
  145.    the fandom.  Its pages have always been graced with the best and
  146.    brightest of the artists in the genre, and as it continues into
  147.    the new millenium, the Journal is expected to remain in the
  148.    forefront, and eagerly received by its fandom.
  149.         The AJA is unique in that it is simultaneously a book -and-
  150.    a magazine, possessing both ISBN and ISSN numbers.  Copies can be
  151.    purchased in any book store in the world that orders through
  152.    either INGRAM or Baker & Taylor (the two largest book distributors
  153.    in the world).  As part of the Journal's overall promotional
  154.    effort, copies of this book are sent out to advertising agencies,
  155.    package design companies and graphic art houses, helping to
  156.    generate commissions and income for its featured artists. Unlike
  157.    most Industry Black Books that charge artists hundreds or
  158.    thousands of dollars per page to have their work featured in such
  159.    a fashion, appearance in the AJA is free to its contributing artists.
