  18. The Catalog of Free Compilers and Interpreters lists freely available
  19. software for language tools, which includes the following: compilers,
  20. compiler generators, interpreters, translators, important libraries,
  21. assemblers, etc.  -- things whose user interface is a language.
  22. Natural language processing tools may also be included.

  39. commands.
