  9. You should carefully read the following terms and
  10. conditions before using this software. Use of
  11. this software indicates your acceptance of these
  12. terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with
  13. them, do not use the software.

  16. SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE

  18. The Shareware Version is not free software.  If
  19. you are using the Shareware Version you are
  20. hereby licensed to use this software for
  21. evaluation purposes without charge for a period
  22. of 60 days.  If you use this software after the
  23. 60 day evaluation period a registration fee is
  24. due (see Ordering Information).

  26. If you are using the Shareware Version of the
  27. software you are also hereby licensed to: Make as
  28. many copies of the Shareware version of this
  29. software and documentation as you wish; Give
  30. exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  31. anyone; Distribute the Shareware version of the
  32. software and documentation in its unmodified form
  33. via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  34. of the above.

  37. 60 day evaluation period is in violation of
  38. federal copyright laws.

  40. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse
  41. engineer, or modify any version of Directory
  42. Toolkit (shareware) in any manner.

  45. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  47. One registered copy of Directory Toolkit may be
  48. dedicated to a single person who uses the
  49. software on one or more computers or workstations
  50. that are for their own exclusive use and for
  51. which they are the sole user.

  53. A single user license may be used to process as
  54. many files on as many drives or network shares as
  55. you like.  However, a single user license
  56. registration may not be made available in any
  57. form to multiple users or workstations.

  59. Licensing is not based on "concurrent" users.  If
  60. multiple workstations are to access the program
  61. in any form and for any length of time you must
  62. purchase licenses for the number of users that
  63. will access the program.  If you make the
  64. registered version of Directory Toolkit available
  65. through a network and accessible by multiple
  66. users or workstations you are required to
  67. purchase licenses for the software covering all
  68. workstations that will access the software
  69. through the network.  Special pricing is
  70. available for multiple licenses.  See Ordering
  71. Information for information on how to purchase
  72. (register).

  86. intellectual property in the product.

  99. You are prohibited by law from selling, renting,
  100. leasing, loaning, or donating the program or
  101. documentation in whole or in part without
  102. specific advance agreement between yourself and
  103. Funduc Software, Inc.  You are prohibited by law
  104. from redistributing the registered version of the
  105. program by any method or in any form except to
  106. the specific individuals for whom the software
  107. was purchased.  You are prohibited from
  108. decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling,
  109. or otherwise reducing the program to human
  110. readable form for any purposes whatsoever.  You
  111. may not modify the program or documentation in
  112. any manner.  You are prohibited from permitting
  113. anyone else from undertaking any of the above
  114. actions.

  117. reverse engineer Directory Toolkit (registered or
  118. shareware) in any manner.

  124. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of
  125. the State of Michigan, United States.

  129. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  131. This software and the accompanying files are sold
  132. "as is" and without warranties as to performance
  133. of merchantability or any other warranties
  134. whether expressed or implied.  In particular,
  135. there is no warranty for the string Replacing
  136. feature.

  138. Good data processing procedure dictates that any
  139. program be thoroughly tested with non-critical
  140. data before relying on it. The user must assume
  141. the entire risk of using the program. Any
  142. liability of the seller will be limited
  143. exclusively to product replacement or refund of
  144. purchase price.
