  1. This directory contains my dissertation, "Measurements and Analysis of
  2. End-to-End Internet Dynamics".  There are two parts, one on routing behavior
  3. and the other on packet dynamics.  All files are available as gzip-compressed
  4. postscript (.ps.gz) or as PDF (.pdf).
