  4. If you upload something to the incoming directory, leave an auxiliary file
  5. describing who uploaded it (including email address), what it is, why it's
  6. there and whether it should be stored more permanently elsewhere in the tree,
  7. and whether it should not be filed but should stay in the incoming dir for
  8. more than a few days.

  10. Files stored in /pub/users/LOGIN/... are administered by LOGIN@cse.unsw.edu.au
  11. and most others are administered by members of the shareuser group. Unless
  12. there's some obvious attribution, queries should go to ftp@cse.unsw.edu.au.
