AMIGA SOFTWARE CHEAT LIST V1.0 BY: DANIEL RUSSELL RELEASE DATE: 24/4/91 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A: ~~ ACTION FIGHTER Type 'ZBACKDOOR' (no spaces) on the high score table for infinite lives and energy. AFTERBURNER U.K. While playing the game, pause and type 'THUNDERBLADE'. Unpause and the following keys will do various effects: 'G' - Extra missiles; '<' - Advance a stage forward; '>' - Go back a stage; and 'N' gives extra lives. A.P.B. Pressing up on the joystick and fire at the same time to start a new game enables you to start on any day up to day 16. Entering 'ALF' into the high score table as your name gives you infinite demerits. ARCHIPELAGOS When asked to select an Archipelago, choose 8421 and press RETURN twice. You can now select any island from 1 to 9999 to play. ARKANOID For an extra 33 levels, press F3 for a one player game and F4 for a two player game (instead of F1 and F2). ARKANOID II: REVENGE OF DOH Before starting a game press the CAPS LOCK key and type 'DALEY88' for infinite lives, or on the title screen type 'PETEJOHNSONWANTSCHEAT' (no spaces and no caps lock) and pressing 'S' in-game will open the exits. ASTRO MARINE CORP The level codes are: NOSTROMO DISCOVERY ENTERPRISE DAGOBAN REPLICANT KRULL METROPOLIS AWESOME In-game when on the status screen that shows energy/cannon level move the cursor into the top left hand corner, hold down the '+' key on the numeric and press fire. Now when playing you have infinite energy and pressing the keys '1' - '+' on the main keyboard have effect and so do some of the function keys, try them to find out what they do. B: ~~ BARBARIAN (PALACE) On the final level when you confront Drax, walk forward and when the first fireball comes, jump, then do a forward roll into Drax. If you can't even get that far then the best way to defeat an opponent is to roll into him until he reaches the side, then kick him, roll in to him again and kick him, keep repeating this method and you'll soon finish the game. BARBARIAN (PSYGNOSIS) On the title screen type the numbers '04 08 59' (with spaces) for infinite lives. BATMAN: THE MOVIE On the title screen type 'JAM' then keep pressing 'M' until the screen flips over. In-game you will have infinite lives and F10 advances you a level. Type in the cheat again to turn the cheat mode off (the screen will flip back to normal). BATTLE SQUADRON In-game type 'CASTOR' to turn the collision detection off for both players. BATTLE VALLEY Before playing type 'ROGER MELLIE THE MAN ON THE TELE' (with spaces) for infinte tanks. BEACH VOLLEY In-game type 'DADDYBRACEY' (no space) to activate the cheat mode. Pressing F1 in-game will advance you a level. BETTER DEAD THAN ALIEN When you and your ship are about to die press the ESCAPE key to pause the game and move your ship to a 'safe' area. Press 'N' to resume the game. BEVERLEY HILLS COP On the screen displaying difficulty selection for the game type 'MELLIE', you can now access all the games. BIO-CHALLENGE In-game pressing ESCAPE to pause the game and then pressing 'G' will be transport you to the end of level guardian. In-game, pause and type 'THE BEST IS YET TO BE' (with spaces) and use '+' and '-' keys on the numeric keypad to toggle immunity. Other keys on the keypad have effect in the game, experiment and see. CAR-VUP On the high score table type or enter your name as 'R.J.TOONE' for infinite lives. CHAOS STRIKES BACK Find a dragon and cast a 'MON ZO GOR SAR' spell then press 'ESCAPE' to pause the game. Now whilst holding down the left 'ALT' key type in: 'LORD LIBRASULUS SMITHES THEE DOWN' (with spaces). Unpause the game and kill the creature, now when the dragon dies it should leave behind a Firestaff and the party should also be invincible. CHARIOTS OF WRATH When told to press fire to start the game, move the joystick forward instead, you will now have infinite lives. CHASE H.Q. In-game press and hold the left mouse button and fire on the joystick while typing 'GROWLER'. Afterwards pressing 'T' will reset the time back to 60 seconds. Also after Nancy has told you about the car you are after keep pressing the SPACE BAR repeatedly very fast until the game comes on. Your car should be doing over a 1000 KMH. CHUBBY GRISTLE On the title screen type 'BUUURRP' for infinte lives. CONTINENTAL CIRCUS At the start of the race when the first start light comes on press up on the joystick and hold it there, when the second start light appears pull down on the joystick and hold it. Finally when the third green light shows push up - you should start off with a faster acceleration, if this doesn't work you need faster reactions. CRAZY CARS II The routes to take for each stage are listed below: Stage 1: Take road 15 on your right, then road 70 on your left, and keep going. Stage 2: Take road 191 to your right, then road 666 on the left, and then road 160 on your left and keep going. Stage 3: Take road 285 on the right and road 60 to your left, and keep going. Stage 4: Take road 70 on your right, road 54 on your left, road 25 on your right, road 10 to the left, and, finally road 180 on your right, and keep going. CYBERNOID On the title screen type 'RAISTLIN' for infinte lives. CYBERNOID II: THE REVENGE On the title screen type 'NECRONOMICON' (no spaces) for infinite lives. D: ~~ DARKSIDE Hold down the keys '2' and '8' while pressing fire to see some digitized pictures of the programmers. DEFENDER OF THE CROWN Holding down 'K' while booting the second disc gives you loads of extra knights. DENARIS When asked to insert the data disk do so but hold down 'Z' while it loads. Release the key when it has loaded and put the mouse in the joystick port and start a game, but remember to hold down the right mouse button while the game loads. When your ship appears let go of the mouse button and you will have infinite lives. DOGS OF WAR Before starting type 'TIMBO' then press F5 for infinite lives. Pressing F5 again turns the cheat on/off. DOMINATOR Enter your name as 'SHAFT' into the high score table for infinite lives. DOUBLE DRAGON On the title screen type 'RU CALLING MY PINT A POOF?' (with spaces), then press 'RETURN', in-game press the 'DELETE' key to kill your opponent. DRAGONS LAIR To see the whole game run by itself, just as the credits finish press and hold 'ESCAPE',righ and left cursor keys, 'N' and '7', then press fire. DRAGON NINJA In-game type 'TERRIFIC'. Pressing F3 gives infinite lives and pressing 'L' advances you to the next level. DRAGONSCAPE In-game pressing and holding either ALT key and the DOWN CURSOR KEY will advance you a level. DRILLER Upon starting the game you will be facing a small shed. Shoot it 20+ times and you will be transformed into a jet. DRIVING FORCE On the selection screen, with the mouse pointer click on the two 'I's of the word driving then when you are ready to start hold down the 'HELP' key until the game has finished loading. You should now see the words 'YOU CHEAT' appear in the nationality boxes of the races, and you will qualify for the next race regardless of the position you finish in. DUNGEON MASTER When you have just put the Firestaff on to the power-gem, turn 180 degrees staright around and throw the Firestaff the way you just came in. Now walk to retrieve it and you'll notice no switch is activated, thus enabling you to still wander anywhere in the dungeon with the Firestaff. Make you way back to the Treasure Stores at the beginning of level 5 and enter the room where the many pits are situated. Standing in front of a pit cast a Flux Cage with the Firestaff, you will notice that the cage falls through the pit. As soon as this happens you follow suit and fall down the pit, (you'll be standing in the Flux Cage) now whatever object you place on the floor INSIDE the cage can be picked up as many times as you like, eg. put the Firestaff down and keep picking it up, you'll see you can have as many as you like, although whatever object is placed on top of an object already on the floor will prevent the bottom object being picked up. Note: don't go over the top in multiplying objects as the game may freeze! Also to increase the levels of your champions find a 'safe' area free from monsters and move the mouse pointer in position to use a weapon. Now pause the game and place the joystick in the mouse port and unpause the game. Turn the joystick autofire on and sit back and watch how fast the character puches/kicks/swipes, etc. thus saving you time and wear on your mouse. Looking at the character info screen whislt doing this speeds each attack up. DYTER-07 When the games loading screen appears, type the word 'GIBB'. In-game pressing 'W' gives you extra weaponary; 'S' replenishes your shield; and 'L' skips the level. DYNASTY WARS In-game pause with 'F9' then hold down 'LEFT SHIFT', '1' and 'HELP'. Unpause with 'F10' and then by pressing 'F2' you can skip levels. E: ~~ ELITE When asked for the password from the manual instead of typing the correct word enter 'SARA' and press 'RETURN', now enter the correct password and again press 'RETURN'. In-game pressing the '*' key on the numeric keypad will bring up a hacker screen, and typing a selected byte number and entering a new value will have some effect in the game. Pressing the 'ESCAPE' key returns you back to the game. System Jammer ('L' Toggles on/off) ELIMINATOR Press 'HELP' once the game has loaded to enter a password, the level passwords are listed below: 02 AMOEBA 03 BLOOP 04 CHEEKI 05 DOINOK 06 ENIGMA 07 FLIPME 08 GEEGEE 09 HANDEL 10 ICICLE 11 JAMMIN 12 KIKONG 13 LAPDOG 14 MIKADO EMPIRE STRIKES BACK On the title screen hold down the HELP key and type 'XIFARGROTCEV' (VectorGrafix backwards). In-game the following keys do various things: 'L' - to show a picture of Luke; 'C' - to show a picture of CP30; and 'D' to show a picture of Darth Vadar. ESCAPE FROM THE PLANET OF THE ROBOT MONSTERS This cheat only works in a one player game. In-game when you reach the Reptillon monster, run past it and stand in the centre of the join of the gates that block your way. When here waggle the joystick left and right and keep dropping bombs. In a few moments you'll go 'through' the doors and appear on the other side. EYE OF HORUS On the creadits screen type 'SPAM' for infinte lives and no need for keys. EXOLON On the high score table enter your name as 'AD ASTRA' (lower case, with space) for a surprise cheat. F: ~~ F-29 RETALIATOR Enter your name as 'THE DIDY MEN' (with spaces) on the enrolment screen. Click on the Colonel icon and press 'RETURN'. Select the battle area as normal and select mission control. Accept a mission (without selecting one) then go back and select a mission. Now start the game and play as normal. When it comes time to land simply press 'ENTER' on the numeric keypad and the plane will land automatically. To fly any mission with infinite weapons simply enter your name as 'CIARAN' on the enrolment screen and press 'RETURN' then load up your pilot's log. The name should now read 'OCEAN OK'. Proceed as normal from thereon. FALCON In-game pressing 'X' either 'SHIFT' and 'CONTROL' at the same time replenishes all weapons. FENANDEZ MUST DIE In-game pause the game and type 'SPINYNORMAN' (no spaces) for infinite lives. FIGHTER BOMBER To access any mission simply enter the pilots name as 'BUCKAROO', then proceed as normal. FLOOD The level codes are listed below: 01 FROG 02 YEAR 03 QUIF 04 LONG 05 WORD 06 FRED 07 WINE 08 GRIP 09 TRAP 10 THUD 11 FRAK 12 VINE 13 JUMP 14 NILL 15 FOUR 16 GRIT 17 ZING 18 JING 19 LIDO 20 POOL 21 HATE 22 REED 23 LIME 24 QUID 25 WING 26 FLEE 27 GIGA 28 HEAD 29 LOOP 30 SING 31 JOUX 32 PINK 33 GOGO 34 LETS 35 QUAD 36 BRIL 37 EGGS 38 HENS 39 NAIL 40 SOAP 41 FOAM 42 MEEK FLYING SHARK Gain a high score and enter the following initials for various effects. 'RHL' - for acid men; 'JGL' - full fire power; 'KDJ' - for infinite lives; 'RAB' - for immunity; and 'HSC' to turn the screen black (?). On typing the last letter of the initial you must hold down '5' on the numeric keypad. FORGOTTEN WORLDS Before starting type 'ARC' and then press the help key. While playing pressing 'S' takes you to the shop and pressing 'N' advances you a level. FUSION Enter your name as 'SWAMP THING' (with space) on the high score table, in-game pressing 'T' cycles through the extra weapons; 'B' activates large bullets; 'S' provides shields; and 'E' brings up the cheat mode where levels may be selected at will by pressing the '+' and '-' keys on the numeric keypad. G: ~~ GAUNTLET II When you get the "Locked treasure chests can insert helpful items" message find a key and a locked treasure chest. Hold down 'INSERT' when you open the chest. Release 'INSERT' and hold the joystick down. Now the help key will give you 5000 health points. GEMINI WING Before starting press 'P' to bring up the password system and enter the following codes to start on any level: Level 2: MRWHIMPEY Level 3: CLASSICS Level 4: WHIZZKID Level 5: GUNSHOTS Level 6: DOODGUYZ Level 7: D.GIBSON GHOSTBUSTERS II When the Activision logo appears hold down the keys 'ALT', 'CONTROL', 'S' and 'U', in-game this should give you infinite energy for levels 1 & 2 but not for 3. GHOSTS 'N' GOBLINS Enter ')!(' into the high score table and select the option 'END' from the table. Start a new game and you'll find that when you've lost you're armour you're invincible, and just for good measure you have infinite lives too. GHOULS 'N GHOSTS In-game type 'KARENBROADHURST' (no space) to turn the collision detection off. GRAVITY FORCE When asked for the password type 'WARPxx' (where xx is the number of the wanted level). H: ~~ HARD DRIVIN' Choose manual gears and when at full speed change back into neutral gear. You can not skid and you should not blow up from collisions. HARD DRIVIN' II: DRIVE HARDER See above for same cheat. HAMMERFIST Enter 'TAEHC OT TNAW' (with spaces) into the high score table, and in-game pressing 'F7' will advance you one screen at a time. HAWKEYE In-game press the DELETE key to advance a level and for infinite lives pause the game press the HELP key, unpause and you will have infinite lives. HEROES OF THE LANCE Use the 'FIND TRAPS' spell often to find falling rock traps, as these damage the party. HORROR ZOMBIES FROM THE CRYPT Access codes up to level 6 are listed below: Level 1: Not needed. Level 2: WOLFMAN Level 3: HAMMER Level 4: LUGOSI Level 5: NOSFERATU Level 6: GARLIC Also entering 'BOGEYMAN' will give you infinite lives. HYBRIS If you type 'COMMANDER' while the high score is being displayed pressing the following keys do various things. F2 - F8 equips you with all attachments; F9 - advance to the next level; F10 - toggle immunity on/off. I: ~~ IK+ In-game when you have been knocked over press the 'SPACE BAR' to pause the game and press fire. You can no longer be touched. Note: this has to be repeated on every round. IKARI WARRIORS Entering your name as 'FREERIDE' into the high score table will give both players infinite lives. IMPOSSAMOLE Enter the following codes into the high score table for an in-game effect, only one code can be entered at a time: COMMANDO - No time limit for weapons. HEINZ - Three power bars. ANNFRANK (no space) - Low energy topped up. LUMBAJAK - Double-length energy bar. OOCHOUCH - Walk on water without dying. JUGGLERS - Try it! INDIANA JONES: THE ARCADE GAME On the title screen type 'IEHOVA' for the following keys to have effect in-game. '2' - advances you through the start points of the level; 'L' - advance you a level; and 'I' supplies you with an icon. Entering your name as 'SILLYNAM' (no spaces) into the high score chart will give you infinite continue options. INSANITY FIGHT To skip levels press and hold both mouse buttons, the joystick fire button and 'L'. INTERCEPTOR For extra missions select free flight and then press '6', '7', '8' or '9' to enter the mission. What you have to do is work this out for yourself. INTERPHASE During the game type 'FENNY' (Caps shift must be held down on typing the 'F'). Pressing the left mouse button will cycle through all the game objects, pressing the right mouse button will enlarge the object and pressing both buttons will take you back to the game. IVANHOE In-game pause and type 'ZOBINETTE' followed by the 'RETURN' key. Unpause the game and by pressing 'N' you can skip levels. J: ~~ JAMES POND: UNDERWATER AGENT On the title screen type 'JUNKYARD' (no space), now in-game pressing the 'RETURN' key will toggle the cheat mode on/off. Now pressing following keys will take you to a different level and pressing 'D' will also make all locks disappear: Level 3: Z Level 4: X Level 5: C Level 6: V Level 7: B Level 8: N Level 9: M K: ~~ KARATE KID: PART II Enter your name as 'MYAGI' into the high score table, then in-game Pressing 'P' will advance you a level. Unpause and pressing the function keys takes you through the levels, and 'F8' gives you 5 lives. LED STORM On the title screen type 'DAVID BROADHURST WANTS TO CHEAT' for infinite lives (thats an extra space between the second and third words). The more rigs you have the greater the amount of fuel you receive for each 'time pass'. ARMYS - For every army unit you own, the enemy slows down, eg. you have one army unit, for each four 'time passes' that occur the enemy won't move for one 'time pass'. If more than 50% of the sector is occupied by the enemy then you will lose one of your assests for each 'time pass' rhat occurs. The best solution is when 30% of the sector is occupied go an attack the enemy. SILKWORM On the control options screen hold down the 'HELP' key and press fire for infinite lives. If that doesn't work type 'SCRAP 28' (with space) on the same screen fot the same effect. SIM CITY In-game pause the game, press the 'CAPS LOCK' key and type 'FUND'. The money bank will go up by $10,000 every time the word is entered. Keep doing this until you think you have enough money. Then unpause the game, turn 'CAPS LOCK' off and away you go. Note: after unpauseing the game an earthquake may occur, so it's best if you don't build anything until you are sure you have enough money.
