  2. 1) MGR crashes on startup on SUNOS-4.0
  3.     - fixed src/blit/bitmap.c
  4. 2) src/kbd.c uses wrong include file for SUNOS-4.0
  5.     - fixed include
  6.     - fixed missing #else for no -DKBD option
  7. 3) user manual doesn't make 
  8.     - fixed doc/usrman/Makefile
  9. 4) Wrong heading on font(5) man page
  10.     - fixed doc/font.5
  11. 5) The files misc/mgrc and misc/login are missing
  12.     - they've been added.
