  2. This site is for use by OS9 users and Real-Time Services Inc Customers ONLY.
  3. All other use is prohibited.
  4. All uploads to incoming are read-only.
  5. To upload a file to the RTSI server please email arb@rtsi.com with a
  6. description of the file to be uploaded and a file size.
  7. Once the file has been uploaded and verified then it will be moved to the 
  8. proper directory for public download.
