  1. The Upload command creates files and works much the same way as the
  2. Download command.  (See Help for Download for command format.)  Please
  3. use lower-case letters for your file names.  Upper-case names will
  4. be converted to lower-case since upper-case is reserved for directories.
  5. Once you've given the name of the file you're going to upload, transmit
  6. the data terminated with a ^Z (control-Z).  Binary data is OK, as long as
  7. it doesn't contain that character.  If you think you need a new directory
  8. for your files, drop a note to the sysop, who is the only one who can
  9. create them.  If you upload a file, the file will be marked by the system
  10. as belonging to you and you may use the rename (V) and erase (Z) commands
  11. on it.
