The download command will transmit the contents of a file. For instance,
to download the file called "bulletins", type:
D bulletins
If a file is in a directory (i.e. if the What command lists its name
followed by a '/'), you must give the directory path for the file, as
well as it's name. For instance, to download the file "part_01" in the
directory "TUTORIAL", type:
D tutorial/part_01
You can abort a download by sending a packet with a ^C (control-C) in
it. (You may have to use the "pass character", usually ^V, in front of
it in order to send a ^C.) There will be a few packets in transit that
you will see before the abort takes effect. All files will have a ^Z
sent at the end of them.
