  7.      This archive contains an upgrade to Gshell_1.24a by Kent Meyers.  
  8.      GShell_1.25 allows the user to display full width icons while in the 80 
  9.      column mode.  I recreated the patch by using MAKPATCH on GShell_1.24a.  
  10.      Therefore, you must start with GShell_1.24a.  The best way to do this is 
  11.      to download: 
  12.       
  13.          GSHELL.AR 
  14.      and 
  15.          GSHELLPAT.AR 
  16.      here on Delphi.  (I am sure that they are widely available on almost any 
  17.      BBS) 
  18.      Start with the stock GShell, from the Multi-Vue disk.  I can't guarentee 
  19.      that anything else will work.  GSHELL.AR will take you to GShell_1.24 and 
  20.      GSHELLPAT.AR will bring you up to GShell_1.24a.  
  21.       
  22.      Once you have a copy of GShell_1.24a, use IPATCH (Also widely available) 
  23.      with the following command: 
  24.          Ipatch gshell_125.ipc gshell_1.24a gshell_1.25.   
  25.      I like to include the (-v) option so I can see what is going on.

  27.      If you want GShell_1.25 to come up in 80 columns, do the following:

  29.      with modpatch 
  30.          L GShell 
  31.          c 3484 06 07 
  32.          v 
  33.       
  34.      or with Ded change the 06 at 3484 to 07. 
  35.
