  6. 12/31/99 when the chips own year registers roll over to 00.
  7. Any time from the chip <=80 will have 100 added to it, so its
  8. good till 23:59:59 12/31/2079. Hey, I'm an optimist!
  9. The command "date" needs some help though, reporting 2004 as 19104,
  10. so look for that fix next!
