SET_LEVELS monitors an audio input channel and gives a
real-time graph such that levels may be adjusted for
recording. The graph is updated approximately twice a
second. SET_LEVELS may be terminated anytime by pressing
CTRL-E(END Key) or CTRL-C. SET_LEVELS opens an overlay
window on the current display and will work on any type
window of sufficient size.
