IRON CURTAIN
Edition 2
February 8, 1998
If you're reading this, then I assume that you're still actively using
your MM/1, and for this, I thank you. There may not be much online talk going
on about the MM/1, but that doesn't mean that it's a dead platform. Development
is still going on behind the scenes.
As a matter of pride, you may be interested to know that Iron Curtain was
developed on the MM/1 for the purpose of perfecting the game before porting it
to a new gaming system that will have this game potentially being played all
over (literally) the world. You got it first, and you got it free. :)
There isn't much to be said about Iron Curtain. Basically, it's Tetris,
with my personal touches added in. Control keys are as follows:
Left Arrow - Move Block Left
Right Arrow - Move Block Right
Down Arrow - Move Block Down Quickly
'A' Key - Rotate Block Clockwise
'D' Key - Rotate Block Counterclockwise
'P' Key - Pause/un-Pause Game
'Q' Key - Quit Game
Special thanks go out to "OS-9 Al" Huffman for composing original music
for the game.
And, as always, extra special thanks go out to Mark Griffith, whose
disrespectful words of several years ago continue to motivate me to produce
MM/1 products that he would never and could never have been able to accomplish.
As with my last game, Classic Gold Runner, the source code to this game is
freely available to anyone upon request.
I hope you enjoy the game.
