  1. When in need for a handy phrase to descibe a person's lack of mental
  2. capacity, try the following.  These are actual lines out of Officer
  3. Efficiency Report performance appraisals for the military:

  5. - Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
  6. - Got into the gene pool while the lifeguard wasn't watching.
  7. - Got a full 6-pack but lacks the plastic thingy to hold it all
  8.   together.
  9. - A gross ignoramus -- 144 times worse than an ordinary ignoramus.
  10. - A photographic memory but whith the lens cover glued on.
  11. - A prime candidate for natural deselection.
  12. - Bright as Alaska in December.
  13. - One-celled organisms outscore him on IQ tests.
  14. - Donated his body to science before he was done using it.
  15. - Gates are down, lights are flashing, but the train isn't coming.
  16. - Has two brains; one is lost and the other is out looking for it.
  17. - He's so dense, light bends around him.
  18. - If he were any more stupid, he'd have to be watered twice a week.
  19. - If you give him a penny for his thoughts, you'd get change.
  20. - If you stand close to him, you can hear the ocean.
  21. - It's hard to believe that he beat out 1,000,000 other sperm.
