David Chun report: 12 major OEMs (Sony, Dell, NEC, Micron, Gateway,
Unicent, Umax, Quantex, IBM, CompUSA PC, Packard Bell, Toshiba) all
said they refused to grant refunds for bundled Windows copies.
Some OEMs say no-OS PCs are available for _large_ orders. (Curious,
that last fact, eh?)
