  17. Okay after a bit of downtime the ftp (and other services) have been moved to a new faster, beefier server (again, again?).  In the near future I am aiming to setup FTPS on this ftp so stay tuned for that.

  21. Again sorry I haven't updated this in awhile.  But we are now on a nice, clean, shiny server running FreeBSD9.1!
  22. Also don't forget to come on over to our own IRC server now @ IRC.INSTALLGENTOO.COM 
  23. This new server should allow us to handle more connections and a heavier load.  Enjoy!

  27. I realize I haven't updated this readme in quite some time.  I have also been slacking
  28. on ftp thread making.  Sorry about that, life has gotten real busy.  Don't fret, I 
  29. still plan on keeping this server around.  I have also set us up a few other services
  30. like a private torrent tracker and usenet indexer, so those have been taking up
  31. some of my time as well.

  33. Also after the migrate to this bigger server, I want to emphasize please use the 
  34. domain name ftp.installgentoo.com instead of the IP, in the event that this gets
  35. moved again, that should alleviate confusion.
