  1. We are two independent game developers.
  2. We have just completed a new game called Gazillionaire.
  3. All our friends are addicted to playing it.
  4. It runs on any Windows 3.1 compatible computer.
  5. We have uploaded a copy for everyone to use.
  6. Compressed, the game is around 3 MB.  Uncompressed, it's about 10 MB.
  7. We own 100% of the game and have already copyrighted it.
  8. This is a shareware game, and we hope you enjoy it.

  10. This SHAREWARE game is NOT a DEMO.
  11. The SHAREWARE version doesn't include as many features as 
  12. the FULL version.  However, the SHAREWARE version is 
  13. a fully functional game and lots of fun to play.

  15. 10 LINE DESCRIPTION OF SHAREWARE GAME:
  16. As the owner of your own galactic trading company,
  17. you travel from planet to planet buying/selling goods, 
  18. encountering alien creatures, acquiring larger ships, 
  19. investing in advertising, and trying to out maneuver your 
  20. competitors. You can play against up to 5 other 
  21. human players and 6 computer players.   
  22. Gazillionaire is a non-violent, business 
  23. strategy/adventure game.  It can be  played  at 
  24. various complexity levels.   As you become more 
  25. advanced, the game becomes more challenging.

  27. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR SHAREWARE:  
  28. Windows 3.1
  29. 386, 486 or Pentium computer
  30. 640 by 480 VGA graphics
  31. Hard drive and 3.5" HD floppy drive
  32.  
  33. NOTE:   We divided the game into three .ZIP files:
  34.         gaz1.zip
  35.         gaz2.zip
  36.         gaz3.zip
  37. Once you have the game downloaded, be sure to read the SETUP.TXT.
  38. It will tell you how to PKUNZIP the files directly onto three 1.44 MB 
  39. floppy disks before you can install the game onto your computer.
  40. Then drop us a note, and let us know if you had any problems 
  41. getting this up and running.  This is a new game, and we want 
  42. to make sure it runs on everyone's computer.   Have fun!
  43. Also, if you know of any good BBSs or FTP sites, please feel
  44. free to upload this shareware game onto them.

  46. We are distributing the SHAREWARE version of Gazillionaire free of charge.
  47. The FULL version is similar to the SHAREWARE version,  only it
  48. includes more graphics, voices, sound effects and game features.
  49. The FULL version is so large that we are not distributing it over the Net.  
  50. The FULL version comes on a CD ROM or eight 3.5" HD floppy disks.
  51. If you want to order the FULL version of "Gazillionaire", just send 
  52. a check or money order for $39 plus $4 shipping/handling 
  53. payable to LavaMind, 3627 Moraga St., San Francisco, CA 94122.

  56. or the 3.5" HD floppy disk version.  Also, don't forget to
