  3. Here's the final leaderboard for the seventh meeting on
  4. the Internet Links 386 Pro Tournament!
  5.  
  6. I don't know how many balls each of you have lost in the little strips
  7. of water that run in front of some greens, but the Belfry was for sure a
  8. pretty tough course. But Gordy Bowar did manage to get 2 astonishing
  9. 54's (-18's) and finished with an impressive total of 279 (-81). We thus
  10. have a NEW CHAMPION. The legendary Petteri Saari came very close to add
  11. this meeting to his palmares with a total of 281 (-79). Ed Warnken did
  12. follow closely with a 283 (-77) which included an impressive 53 (-19).
  13. The fights have also be pretty tough for the following places.
  14.  
  15. I did not have the time to search for holes-in-one in the files,
  16. but William Bown (007) told me that there was such a beauty
  17. in one of his game.
  18.  
  19. Only 21 players out of the 42 that signed in did complete the meeting.
  20.  
  21. During next the week-end, the best five games of each participant will
  22. be stored on ftp.uwp.edu in the
  23. pub/msdos/games/Links386_Tournament/Belfry/Games directory, from
  24. which they are available via anonymous ftp. If you have any diagreement
  25. with your results, contact me before the 25th.
