  1. Hi Golfers,

  3. Here's the final leaderboard for the Barton Creek - Fazio meeting of
  4. the Internet Links 386 Pro Tournament!
  5.  
  6. We have a new champion on this round.  Petteri Saari, new to the
  7. Internet Tournament, posted not 1, BUT 3 incredible rounds of -18
  8. (this is a first !!!!).  The previous BEST round was a -17.  In fact,
  9. a total of SIX rounds of 54 (-18) were played at Barton Creek.  All
  10. of the participating golfers are showing improvement (your host
  11. included).  
  12.  
  13. I want to urge all of you duffers to participate in the upcoming
  14. Mauna Kea Tourney.  I guarentee your game WILL improve.
  15.  
  16. You may notice there is a new addition to this list.  The HOLE
  17. IN 1 list has been added.  Unfortunatly (for myself and 1 other)
  18. any posted HOLE IN 1 must be used in a recorded game available
  19. in the Tourney.  Take a look at the Double Eagle - par 12.
  20.  
  21. The best five games of each participant will be stored on ftp.uwp.edu
  22. in the pub/msdos/games/Links386_Tournament/Barton_Creek/Games
  23. directory, from which they are available via anonymous ftp.
  24.  
  25. Please read comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.misc regularly for the announcement
  26. of the next meeting, which will be on Mauna Kea.
