Due to their high visibility, the Family Radio RVs are delivering the inescapable message of the coming of Judgment Day on May 21, 2011, and the message is resonating throughout the Northwest. As we traveled to Seattle on Interstate 5, Project Caravan's team leader had an interesting encounter at a California toll booth. As he paid our tolls, the toll booth operator asked, "Where is Mr. Camping?"

"Do you know Mr. Camping?" our team leader asked. "Do you listen to Family Radio?"
<br><br>
"Of course," she responded. "I've listened to Family Radio for many years. Have a successful mission tour!"
<br><br>
At various times, our drivers pointed out people leaving their vehicles to take photos. Others waved Bibles, gave the thumbs-up with big smiles, blew their horns (including some big rigs) as well as flashed mobile phone cameras as they photographed our caravan moving along the roadways. At rest stops and restaurants, several people came up to us to read the fronts and backs of our sweatshirts before requesting tracts.
<br><br>
We arrived in Seattle around 8:45 PM on Friday, October 29, and on Saturday, we were joined by a fellow believer who lives here, and we paraded the caravan through cold and rainy downtown Seattle. After driving a few blocks, three of us left the warmth of the RVs to distribute tracts while the caravan continued through the streets and byways broadcasting the certainty of May 21, 2011 as Judgment Day. The three tract distributors were let out about a half block from a national political rally attended by several hundred people. We distributed tracts within a four-block radius, even wading into the rally crowd to pass out a few. Perhaps one out of every ten people accepted tracts during our hour-and-a-half distribution, and we didn't observe any being discarded. All total, Project Caravan spent five hours parading and distributing tracts.

On Sunday, October 31, we did a full day's tract distribution again in downtown Seattle, joined by two Seattle residents. There was much gaiety to be seen as it was "All Hallow's Eve" or, as one sign read in one of the shops in Pike's Place along Elliott Bay, "Dias dos muertes" (Day of the Dead).

We were dropped off in teams of two to canvas the downtown and market districts. We saw many persons in costume and a few took tracts. Our team distributed tracts in a storefront church in the downtrodden portion of downtown. The many worshippers were in clear view which prompted our stop. We were encouraged to come inside where we handed out tracts.
<br><br>
At the Farmer's Market in Pike's Place, young people who received tracts also wanted to have their photos taken. Some took pictures with team members wearing their shirts, while the recipients held up their tracts in full view.
<br><br>
We also distributed tracts at a senior living facility. The proprietor graciously accepted about 40 tracts that he promised to display in the lounge and mailroom. We also distributed tracts at the Seattle Youth Hostel where the door was unlocked for us and one of the people in the lobby area took more than a handful to display for anyone interested.
<br><br>
Our team leader distributed tracts to four teens--2 girls and 2 boys--who, after the team leader had given them tracts and proceeded down the street, they followed him, asking questions. They wanted to know everything they could about May 21 2011. The team leader took out his bible and instructed them on the scriptures, including 2 Peter 3:8--"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." He explained to them that May 21, 2011, is exactly 7,000 years from the flood of Noah's day. The teens were all amazed and seemed to take it to heart.

We encountered a line of destitute people lined up to receive assistance at a homeless center in a cobblestoned alley and a few did take a tract. The homeless in the waterfront district asked questions as many received tracts.
<br><br>
We left several tracts to be read in the most famous coffee shop in America. There were many dogs and babies out-and-about and as we encountered them, commenting on their pets or "little ones," they too took tracts. We also received positive responses and tract requests when we mentioned that the May 21 2011 Judgment Day message had been broadcast through big banners on the front lawn of the White House.

We received a wide array of responses and comments from those who were offered tracts. People of all ages approached us to get tracts. Many of these people were couples who, if one refused the tract, the other accepted. For example, a woman whose male companion refused the tract turned back to us saying, "I'll take one, I'll read it." A young man took a tract and said, "I can't wait! Total destruction is the only solution." We also encountered those who, as they received a tract, exclaimed "Holy God!" in response to the tract's title with the all caps Holy God.

We continued to find Seattle a vibrant, sophisticated metropolis surrounded by GOD'S pristine natural beauty. It was easily walkable from the core of downtown, to the waterfront to interstate 5, for all our ambassadors. Many of the people were very friendly and receptive of GOD'S message of the return of our Loving Saviour, Jesus Christ!
One ambassador exclaimed how a few teen girls had shared that they had heard of the Mayan 2012 prediction. But, after learning of the true, biblically based, message from the ambassador they were excited to get back to their computer's to check out Family Radio's website with it's eternal, life-giving, inspired word of GOD

Over the weekend, we headed to the Key Arena in Seattle to parade The Lord's Caravan around the town to even more curious, picture taking onlookers. Many were there to attend the Greg Laurie Christian Crusade. We persevered in intermittent downpours of rain passing out Judgment Day news to thousands lined up to enter the arena. Most were very receptive.... many asking questions. One ambassador even had a minister invite her into the arena to listen to Mr. Laurie.... but, she immediately replied "been there, done that" and explained how the churches are NOT teaching the true gospel, to which the minister even agreed with her. She asked why he was still attending church if he truly believed that. Encouragingly, though, he did accept a tract and said he would read it. We all continue to pray for GOD'S mercy on all whose hands came in contact with HIS wonderful, powerful, lifesaving words.

As our beautiful moving billboards traveled a bit further south, stopping along the way at rest stops and gas stations to pass out more of the Awesome News, we drew much attention from the truckers and attendees who accepted tracts. As we enter the bustling, robust city of Portland, OR the rain follows our spirits, but we have sunshine in our hearts, knowing HIS word is being spread throughout our land.
We arise early, to our daily routine of checking our safety list on our traveling homes. Disconnecting the electricity, septic tanks and water, all the while taking spontaneous breaks to answer questions from all who pass by at our RV campsite. A woman who was admiring the striking art work on our caravans, and one who asked for a bible and one of our ambassador rejoicing ran to his home (RV) to bring her one. Many express feelings of knowing we are in the end times, and know they need to read more of GOD's word. We gladly share as much information with all as GOD leads us, then, with a silent prayer, as always, we give all of our interactions with the world to Our Father in Heaven.
As we discover the various areas of Portland where we are able to reach the most people, we enjoy all the attention of the following eyes, coming from all the vehicles, joggers and walkers along the streets. Most importantly, we feel the presence of GOD'S approving eyes on us, as well. His will be done as we proclaim the Awesome News! We humbly thank God as another ambassador shares how a young woman said she felt afraid, but seemed reassured upon learning that she can pray and cry for mercy and forgiveness of sins. Also, another gentleman felt afraid not only for himself, but for his family and friends. As the ambassador shared how GOD is saving many people in this day and time. He seemed very thankful to know we can still humble ourselves before God and come to HIM with a broken and contrite heart.... GOD is so merciful.
