We expected more details about the iPhone OS 3.0 Software Update and Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, but we were pleasantly surprised by the updates to the MacBook Pro line and the announcement of the iPhone 3GS, and that's not even mentioning the release of Safari 4. In news that would normally have been interesting, Apple has also released updates to most of the iLife '09 applications, and Jeff Carlson gives you a look at the undocumented features in iMovie '09 8.0.3. We also run down the changes in Mac OS X 10.5.7 and briefly note the security updates to Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and Safari. Next, Mark Anbinder expresses irritation at the fact that the iPhone SlingPlayer app is limited to streaming video over Wi-Fi, unlike SlingPlayer apps for the Palm Centro and BlackBerry.
