  1. ACORN LICENCE AGREEMENT

  4. IT IS A CONDITION OF DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE DIRECTLY FROM THIS SERVER OR VIA
  5. ITS MIRROR SITES THAT YOU COMPLY WITH THE SOFTWARE LICENCE CONDITIONS BELOW:
  6. BY ACT OF DOWNLOADING ANY SOFTWARE FROM THIS SITE OR ITS MIRROR SITES YOU
  7. ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE LICENCE CONDITIONS.

  10. The Software together with the related documentation are licensed to you by
  11. Acorn Computers Limited ("Acorn"). Acorn or its licensors retain ownership
  12. of all intellectual property rights in the Software. This licence permits
  13. you to use the Software on a single Acorn computer and you may copy the
  14. Software for back-up purposes only. You may be granted additional rights,
  15. which will be specified in the accompanying Software or documentation. You
  16. must reproduce on any back-up copy of the Software all Copyright and all
  17. proprietary notices which appear on or with the original copy of the
  18. Software.

  20. 2. Restrictions
  21. Except as authorised above or expressly permitted by statute, you may not
  22. copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, rent, lease, gift, loan,
  23. distribute or transfer possession of the Software or the related
  24. documentation in whole or in part.

  26. 3. Termination
  27. This licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate the licence by
  28. destroying the Software and all copies thereof and the related
  29. documentation. This licence will terminate automatically without notice if
  30. you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination you must
  31. destroy the Software and all copies thereof and the related documentation.

  33. 4. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
  34. The Software and the related documentation are supplied "as is" and Acorn
  35. and its licensors expressly disclaim any warranty, express or implied, as to
  36. the merchantability of the Software and the related documentation or their
  37. fitness for any particular purpose. In no circumstances will Acorn or its
  38. licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental
  39. damage (including loss of profits, business interruption and loss of data)
  40. arising out of the use or the inability to use the Software or related
  41. documentation, even if Acorn has been advised of the possibility of such
  42. damage.

  45. The above terms and conditions supersede any prior agreement, oral or
  46. written, between you and Acorn relating to the Software.
