  7. LaserJet Print Version 1.01 by: Khalid Aldoseri. Print out TEXT files onto
  8. the HP LaserJet printer.  But it can do the following things:
  9.     -   Print in Landscape or Portrait modes.
  10.     -   Use any built-in font, cartridge fonts, and even soft fonts.
  11.     -   Will automatically download soft fonts into the printer.
  12.     -   EXTREMELY fast printing.  (This is done by totally bypassing the 
  13.         Preferences printer.device).
  14.     -   Can print one or TWO logical pages on a single paper.  (This is the
  15.         same as my LJ2 program.)
  16.     -   Multiple styles of page headers with date/time, file name, and page
  17.         numbers.
  18.     -   Length and Width of page adjustable in inches.
  19.     -   Has preset lengths/widths for paper sizes of A4, Letter, Legal, 
  20.         and Executive.
  21.     -   You can specify the Pitch & Point of a font and it will be selected.
  22.     -   Selection of Bold and Italic fonts, plus limited support for
  23.         proportional fonts. (This will be fixed in a later release.)
  24.     -   Fine control over the Lines Per Inch setting.
  25.     -   You can specify the number of characters per line needed and the
  26.         correct font size will be selected, if such a font exists.
  27.     -   Selectable margins for top, bottom, left and right.
  28.     -   Selectable Tab spacing.
  29.     -   Multiple copies.  (Uses printer's # of pages facility.)
  30.     -   Can print line numbers, either for the whole file or per page.
  31.     -   Completely intuition-ized with file requesters for file selection and
  32.         soft font selection.
  33.     -   You can call up your favourite editor directly from the program with
  34.         the selected file loaded automatically.
  35.     -   Serial or Parallel port can be selected.
  36.     -   The program has SEVEN different sets of settings that can be used
  37.         for different jobs as required.  These can be SAVED and will be
  38.         automatically loaded everytime you run the program.
  39.     -   Shrink window facility to make the program disappear and just leave
  40.         a tiny window that can be selected to have the program come up again.
  41.         (Thanks to UEdit for the idea for this.)  Also a CLI option to have
  42.         the program start up as a tiny window for all you Startup-Sequence
  43.         fans.
