Tool Command Language-Amiga. Port of Unix library and commands that
implement InterProcess Communication between various 'tools'.
TCL was developed by UC Berkeley prof Dr. John Ousterhout; this
alpha-2 version for Ami is from Hackercorp in Texas.
TCL (pronounced 'tickle') incorporates many of the ideas found in
ARexx IPC. These ideas are all new to Unix, but for the Amiga it's
close but no cigar.
