Transcription: I went to journaling and I certainly enjoyed it. I couldn't, didn't know what to make of it before starting. I didn't know whether it was, oh you were just going to sit there and somebody would just tell you what to write. But that's not how it is at all. So it sort of let you get in touch with your emotions and your body and then learn to express it. And it is calming, it is soothing because I tend to be very anxious person.
