Transcription: The snuggery, a sort of claustrophobic room full of furniture and pictures, was the center of Springwood. It's where Sarah Delano Roosevelt ran things. She paid the bills there. She gave the servants their directions, which they certainly were expected to follow. Her grandchildren came to see her there every morning to sort of be inspected. It also has a window from which you can see who is coming to the front door so that she sort of was at the heart of everything. And nothing moved without her seeing it at Springwood.
