  7. (a) The provisions of this Subpart O shall become effective on August 27,
  8. 1971, except as provided in the remaining paragraphs of this section.
  9. (b) The following provisions shall become effective on February 15, 1972:
  10.  1910.212(a).
  11.  1910.213 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l),
  12. (m), (n), (o), (p), (q), and (r).
  13.  1910.214 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l),
  14. (m), (n), (o), (p), (q), (r), (s), (t), (u), and (v).
  15.  1910.215 (a) and (b).
  16.  1910.216 (a), (b), (c), and (f).
  17.  1910.217 (a), (b), (c), and (d).
  18.  1910.218 (a), (b), (d), (e), (g), and (j).
  19.  1910.219 (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), and (k).
  20. (c) Notwithstanding anything in paragraph (a), (b), or (d) of this section,
  21. any provision in any other section of this subpart which contains in
  22. itself a specific effective date or time limitation shall become effective
  23. on such date or shall apply in accordance with such limitation.
  24. (d) Notwithstanding anything in paragraph (a) or (b) of this section, if any
  25. standard in 41 CFR Part 50-204, other than a national consensus standard
  26. incorporated by reference in  50-204.2 (a) (1), is or becomes applicable
  27. at any time to any employment and place of employment, by virtue of the
  28. Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, or the Service Contract Act of 1965, or
  29. the National Foundation on Arts and Humanities Act of 1965, any
  30. corresponding established Federal standard in this Subpart O which is
  31. derived from 41 CFR Part 50-204 shall also become effective, and shall be
  32. applicable to such employment and place of employment, on the same date.
  33.
