  16.            PERSONAL APT DISCOUNT POLICY FOR INSTRUCTOR/STUDENT USE

  19.           Reflecting the desire of  Digital Manufacturing Systems to
  20.           support  and  promote  the  expansion  of  NC  programming
  21.           knowledge,  we  are  pleased  to  announce  the  following
  22.           discount policy for Instructors and Students.
  23.  
  24.           When  a  single  order  for  five  (5)  or  more copies of
  25.           PERSONAL APT are ordered for Instructor/Student use, by an
  26.           accepted school or training program, registration packages
  27.           will be provided for the Instructor/Student Discount price
  28.           of $15 per package.

  30.           Following  are   the  terms   of  qualification   for  the
  31.           Instructor/Student Discount:

  33.               1. The order must be received on official school forms
  34.                  (PO's, letterhead, etc.) and signed by a school
  35.                  official (Instructor, Administrator, etc.).
  36.  
  37.               2. A PERSONAL APT Registration form must be completed
  38.                  for each Instructor/Student.
  39.  
  40.           Digital   Manufacturing   Systems   further   grants   the
  41.           Instructor or Student the  right to install the officially
  42.           registered copy  of PERSONAL  APT on  a classroom computer
  43.           for his/her personal use during the duration of the class.

  45.           In  addition  to   the  above,  under   this  policy,  the
  46.           registered  Instructor/Student  user  will  have  the same
  47.           rights and privileges  as any registered  user of PERSONAL
  48.           APT.
