ocr: The Wailua River, Kauai': S only navigable river, was a special place to the native Hawallans; there are SEVEIl sacred sites, or heiaus, in the area. Kauai's royalty gave birth at Holoholoku Heiau; watch for the marker pirthstone on Highway 580. Fern Grotto is also part of the park.
