  5.   This program is freeware and as such the author retains full
  6.   copyright over the contents of this file and all files written
  7.   by the author.

  10.   The author encourages you to distribute the product to any
  11.   person or persons you wish so long as the contents thereof are
  12.   unaltered in any way other than the form of archiver or
  13.   compressor used. The author supports the use of the LHA group
  14.   of compressors and archivers.

  17.   On the following page is the registration form. You DO NOT have
  18.   to fill this in, but if you do, it allows me to keep note of
  19.   just how many people are using the program and once done enables
  20.   extra features contained in MpModem. MpModem functions the same
  21.   whether it is registered or not.

  24.   If you can, please e-mail me the e-mail version of the registration
  25.   form. DO NOT EMAIL THE NORMAL POST REGISTRATION FORM!!!!

  27.   If you want to post the registration to me, then use the special
  28.   form set aside for this purpose, put it in an envelope, place a
  29.   stamp on it and post it to the address listed on the last page.

  39. If sending by email, use the format below. Do NOT exceed the field widths
  40. defined by the brackets "[" and "]". Doing so will cause that field to be
  41. truncated by my registration program.

  43. Do not remove any fields. If you don't want to or can't answer some of the
  44. questions then leave the field blank.

  46. Do not send me replies telling me you have recieved your registration or
  47. thanking me or telling me what a great program it is as it clogs up my
  48. mailbox. If you don't receive a registration reply within 14 days, then
  49. email me the form again. If you still don't get any answer then I'm
  50. probably dead! :-)
