  27.                   SHAREWARE VENDOR DISTRIBUTION POLICIES

  29.     Vendors who wish to distribute Mega Edit on 
  30.     diskette, CD ROM, or other physical media may do so 
  31.     freely as long as the following guidelines are followed:

  33.     1. The offering and sale of Mega Edit (TM) will be stopped at 
  34.     *any* time the author so requests.
  35.  
  36.     2. Vendors may *only* distribute the shareware version of
  37.     Mega Edit.
  38.  
  39.     3. All the files that are part of the orginal shareware
  40.     distribution of Mega Edit must be included in the vendor's
  41.     distribution of Mega Edit, including especially register.txt,
  42.     reg_form.txt, and the other text files which provide information 
  43.     about how to contact Computer Witchcraft to register Mega Edit and
  44.     to receive technical support.
  45.  
  46.     4. Your library's catalog or listing must state that this
  47.     program is not free, but is copyrighted software that is
  48.     provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
  49.  
  50.     5. Vendors who charge their clients a fee to receive their
  51.     materials containing Mega Edit must make it clear to their
  52.     customers that the fee does not include the purchase price
  53.     or registraion fee for Mega Edit.  This clarification should
  54.     be included, in writing, with the vendor's distribution.

  56.     6. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to
  57.     the author for investigation.
