The 486PATCH files correct a problem where Sprint produces a "Divide
Overflow" message when running on an 80486 CPU. The patch will have no
effect on non-486 CPUs.
To apply the patch, make sure that all files from the 486PAT.ARC file
have been unpacked into your \SPRINT directory, then type the command
486PATCH
The 486PATCH batch file will determine which version of Sprint is in the
current directory and will apply the patches to the appropriate files.
In order to identify copies of Sprint that have been patched, the version
number in the copyright message is changed to "1.00a" (or 1.01a).
Although 486PATCH was not developed by a Borland employee (hence it is not
deemed "official"), it has been tested & "blessed" by Borland. If you
encounter any problems, please contact Andrew Morrow [73627,2165] on
BORAPP section 16.
