  3. TICK type programs, specifically
  4. written for RBBS-PC sysops.
  5. It processes incoming TK??????.TIC
  6. file description lines and formats
  7. them for FMS.DIR. Features include
  8. extended file descriptions, line
  9. lengths 40-46, Reverse or Normal
  10. order for date sorted FMS or not.
  11. Word wrap to prevent ugly mid-word
  12. breaks.
  13.
