  6.   DESCRIPTION OF THE SHIFT F8 KEY
  7.      SHIFT F8 = THE LINE FORMAT KEY
  8.           The Shift F8 key has six options for LINE FORMAT features.
  9.           Below are the six choices that will appear on the status line.
  10.  
  11. TYPE 1  = TABS. To set the tab type the column number when prompted.
  12. TYPE 2  = EXTENDED TABS. Set tabs beyond the 158. Enter column and spaces.
  13. TYPE 3  = MARGIN SET. Sets left and right margin. Enter left then right.
  14. TYPE 4  = LINE SPACING. Changes the spacing between lines.
  15. TYPE 5  = HYPHENATION. Turns hyphenation on on off.  If hyphenation is off
  16.             the word will move to the next line. If on you will be prompted
  17.             to hyphenate.  The third option is to set the H zone. This is
  18.             place Word Perfect will ask for a word to be hyphenated.
  19. TYPE 6  = ALIGNMENT CHARACTER. Defines the align text character in tab set.

  22. To return to the SHIFT F8 function you must type CONTROL SHIFT and then type
  23. the ESCAPE KEY to replace the help screen with the SHIFT F8 function screen.
