  6.   DESCRIPTION OF THE SHIFT F5 KEY
  7.      SHIFT F5 = THE INSERT DATE KEY
  8.         The Shift F5 KEY three functions as follows.
  9.  
  10.      TYPE 1 to insert a HARD DATE into the text at the cursor position.
  11.          A hard date is the current date by month day and year.
  12.      TYPE 2 to FORMAT THE DATE AND TIME.  This option puts up another
  13.          screen. There are 10 options you can use to format the date and
  14.          time.  For example you can have the date separated by slashes or
  15.          a four number year instead of two numbers.  Once the date is set
  16.          this is what will be put into your document.
  17.      TYPE 3 to insert A SOFT DATE into the text at the cursor position.
  18.          This date will change according to the current date in the system.
  19.   END OF KEY DESCRIPTION

  21.   To return to the SHIFT F5 function you must type CONTROL SHIFT and then
  22.   type the ESCAPE KEY to replace the help screen with the function screen.
