Comments on Bringing Up the Ada Tutor (ADA_TUTR)
by Richard Conn
1. PC Installation
The file ATUTR200.EXE in PD1:<MSDOS.ADA> is a self-extracting
file which contains all the source files and exercise files for
Ada-TUTR. It also contains executables which run on the PC. To use
this file, copy it onto a hard disk with at least 1M byte of free
space and issue the command ATUTR200. The system will be built from
there. I did this and then immediately started to use Ada-TUTR.
2. SUN Installation
Compiler: Verdix Ada 6.0.3
Host/Target: SUN 3/260
I successfully brought up ADA_TUTR on my SUN, compiling it with
the Verdix Ada compiler. I followed the installation instructions in
the file PRINT.ME to the letter, and it came right up. I used the
the ONECHAR.C routine.
