  3.            SORTED DIRECTORY UTILITY V6.2 SITE LICENSE FORM

  7. The use of SD at multiple sites in a commercial environment or
  8. government organization is granted under the following terms:
  9.  
  10. 1)    Payment of the license fee must be made to John F. Stetson.
  11.       The fee is based on the number of computers (which may be
  12.       connected via a Local Area Network) which will be used to
  13.       run the program, as follows:
  14.  
  15.             1  to   9  computers - $20 per computer
  16.            10  to  24  computers - $15 per computer
  17.            25  to  99  computers - $10 per computer
  18.            100 or more computers - $ 5 per computer ($500 max)
  19.  
  20.       A Corporate License is available for a $1500.00 fee.  This
  21.       entitles you to distribute and use the program at multiple sites
  22.       which belong to the same parent corporation or organization.
  23.       Updates to the latest version of the program are available on
  24.       request for a fee equal to 25% of the original license fee.  You
  25.       will be notified by the author when new versions are available.
  26.  
  27. 2)    You may make copies of the program and documentation, in their
  28.       original, unmodified form, without restriction. You may distribute
  29.       these copies to all licensed computers within your organization.
  30.  
  31. 3)    You may not modify the program (other than changing the default
  32.       program options) or charge a fee for copying or distributing
  33.       the program or its documentation.
  34.  
  35. 4)    It is your responsibility to make the necessary copies and to
  36.       deliver them to the computers on which they will be used.
  37.       Additional program disks can be obtained from the author.
  38.  
  39. 5)    The author is not responsible for anything that may happen or
  40.       not happen if you use the program.  You are on your own.
  41.  
  42. 6)    WARRANTY OF TITLE. John F. Stetson owns all right, title and
  43.       interest in the copyright to the Licensed Program and has the
  44.       right and authority to grant the rights given in this license.
  45.  
  46. 7)    LIMITED LIABILITY. John F. Stetson's cumulative liability in
  47.       the event of the breach of any warranty under this Agreement,
  48.       including the warranty of title, shall not in any event exceed
  49.       the total license fees paid to the author hereunder.  In no event
  50.       shall the author be liable for any incidental or consequential
  51.       damages.
