  1. The BULLETIN command re-displays the menu of bulletins which you saw when
  2. logging in. Bulletins are a small group of messages which operate on a
  3. rotating basis, with a maximum of 8 posted at any time. To read a bulletin,
  4. type a number from 1 to 8; type 'P' to post your own bulletin, and 'K' to
  5. delete a bulletin that you posted previously. The SYSOP can also type a 
  6. special command, 'S', to review the protect status of a bulletin.
  7.      The Bulletin facility is designed for important messages of general
  8. interest. Please use discretion in posting bulletins, as there are both
  9. public messages and private mail also available (see the POST and MAIL
  10. commands).
