- The BULLETIN command re-displays the menu of bulletins which you saw when
- logging in. Bulletins are a small group of messages which operate on a
- rotating basis, with a maximum of 8 posted at any time. To read a bulletin,
- type a number from 1 to 8; type 'P' to post your own bulletin, and 'K' to
- delete a bulletin that you posted previously. The SYSOP can also type a
- special command, 'S', to review the protect status of a bulletin.
- The Bulletin facility is designed for important messages of general
- interest. Please use discretion in posting bulletins, as there are both
- public messages and private mail also available (see the POST and MAIL
- commands).
