- Welcome to the world of QHELP - The User Definable Quik Help System!
-
- You should have the following files on your disk/in your archive:
-
- QHELP.EXE The resident program
- QHELP.DOC The User's Guide for QHELP.EXE
- DOSHELP.QHP A sample help file
-
-
- QHELP is a user definable help system. In other words, you can write your
- own help information and have it pop up just about anywhere! In this archive
- file are the QHELP resident program, a User's Guide to QHELP, and a sample
- help file. To use the sample help file simply enter the following command at
- the DOS prompt:
-
- qhelp doshelp
-
- QHELP will install itself in memory and load the help information from the
- sample help file. For more information on using QHELP, see the QHELP User's
- Guide.
-
- To write help files for QHELP, you will need to get a copy of QHCOMPIL.ARC,
- which contains the help file compiler program and complete documentation
- on how to write help files.
-
- For now I'm not requiring registration fees or anything like that, but if you
- like QHELP and are using it regularly, please realize that I am a starving
- college student and I would appreciate any contributions to the cause (cash is
- fine, so are checks, money orders, stocks, bonds, your first-born child, etc.)
-
- If you can't locate a copy of QHCOMPIL.ARC or you have any comments or
- suggestions (or would like to send me money - bless your heart), I can be
- reached at:
