  11.      This article describes the differences between Galahad version 2.10 and
  12. its predecessors.  In case you have customized your current version of Galahad
  13. (with changes in the =.INI file) it also tells you how to change your =.INI
  14. file, and install it so that any changes you have made to the editor can be
  15. ported to the new version.  If the only change you have made to your Galahad is
  16. to change the printer configurations you should read: "How To Install A New
  17. Printer In GALAHAD 2.10."

  20. &dIntroduction
  21.  
  22.      Galahad version 2.10 is a new version written in the language C.  This is
  23. to allow the very same word processor software to be used on &iall machines on
  24. campus, PC's through mainframes.  This means that you can create your file on
  25. your personal computer and then send the file to a mainframe for printing.

  27.      Much effort has been put into the new Galahad to ensure that Version 2.10
  28. acts the same, and produces the same output as previous versions of Galahad.
  29. You should be able to use version 2.10 exactly as you do your current Galahad
  30. and not know that you are using the newest version.

  32.      There are some new features to Galahad 2.10, but they are strictly
  33. optional.  We invite you to explore them however, we think you will like them.
