  3. Users of Internet Site Blaster accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  4. "Internet Site Blaster is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  5. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
  6. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  7. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or conse-
  8. quential, which may result from the use of Internet Site Blaster."

  10. Internet Site Blaster is a "shareware program" and is provided at 
  11. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with 
  12. your friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  13. another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  14. provide personal computer users with quality software without
  15. high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  16. continue to develop new products.  If you find this program useful
  17. and find that you are using Internet Site Blaster and continue to 
  18. use Internet Site Blaster after a reasonable trial period, you must 
  19. make a registration payment of $38.00 plus S&H to SoloTech Software. 
  20. The $38.00 registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  21. computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  22. a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any
  23. number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  24. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  25. being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  26. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  27. same time.

  29. Commercial users of Internet Site Blaster must register and pay for
  30. their copies of Internet Site Blaster within 30 days of first use or
  31. their license is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made 
  32. by contacting SoloTech Software.

  34. Educational discounts are available for schools and universities.
  35.  
  36. You are encouraged to pass a copy of Internet Site Blaster along to 
  37. your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register 
  38. their copy if they find that they can use it.  All registered users
  39. will receive a copy of the latest version of the Internet Site Blaster
  40. Software.

  42. With respect to every matter arising under this Software License,
  43. you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state
  44. and federal courts sitting in Madison, WI.
