  14.   NEVER Delete your records, OVERWRITE them! Though we included the Delete  
  15.   button, it is good to only overwrite your records instead of deleting!

  17.   We include the delete button in the event you need to delete a corrupt
  18.   record from your database.
  19.  
  20.   NEVER delete ALL your records. MaxTrax, our multi-file handler uses the
  21.   first record for Index purposes, and removing all your records will cause
  22.   the program to abort! Maxtrax has a close relationship with Windows file
  23.   access calls, and will not run without an Index! In the event you delete
  24.   all records you will see an error "No Current Record!", and the system will
  25.   close down. To correct this you MUST re-install your PHCENTER.MDB file in
  26.   the directory you have PHCENTER.EXE located. This will remove all your
  27.   records, and allow Maxtrax access to the proper startup indexes.
  28.   BE CAREFUL!!

  30.   In the event you must delete a record, press "Delete" button. A MessageBox
  31.   will appear asking if you really want to delete the record. Select "YES"
  32.   and the record will be deleted. CAUTION!: Once a record is deleted it CAN
  33.   NOT be recovered!!
