  5.                                  ADDING RECORDS

  8.   All record functions are controlled by our "MaxTrax" file handler contained
  9.   in the L-SOFT.VBX file contained on your disk. To ADD a record simply click
  10.   "ADD" button. The system will save the current record displayed and present
  11.   you with a new blank screen, ready for you to enter your record.  After you  
  12.   have entered the neccessary information you MUST MOVE ( See SavingInfo Help) 
  13.   to save your record! After the MOVE you can then Exit or Add another record, 
  14.   by again clicking the Add button. Records are saved for you each time you 
  15.   move from the current screen to a new one! NO NEED to worry about saving 
  16.   files with MaxTrax!! We do it FOR you!
