  2. IF YOU ARE INSTALLING FILE ENCRYPTION STANDARD FOR THE FIRST TIME --

  4.      We highly advise you to place this file in your directory that contains
  5. your non-DOS utilities such as Pkunzip.  If you do not wish to do this, you 
  6. should be sure to include the FES subdirectory in your path statement.

  8. IF YOU ARE UPGRADING FROM FES v. 0.1-0.6 ALPHA --
  9.      
  10.      You should be able to go ahead and overwrite the old FES files without 
  11. any problems.
