  1. Thanks for trying EEBond for Windows!  If you own Savings 
  2. Bonds or Notes then this program is for you.
  3.  
  4. Registration is only $20.  If you do register, I will send you
  5. the most recent version of EEBond for Windows and put you on 
  6. the mailing list as a registered user.  Every 6 months I will 
  7. mail you a letter when the next revision of EEBond is available
  8. and you have the option of upgrading for 1/2 price, or $10.
  9.  
  10. You will also receive a program which will allow you do download
  11. the Tables of Redemption Values from the Bureau of the Public and
  12. convert them over to EEBond format, so you never have to get an
  13. upgrade (unless you want the latest program changes and latest tables).

  15. If you are installing over an older version of EEBond for Windows the
  16. the installation will query you if you wish to overlay files.
  17. Answer YES to these questions in order to overlay the older files.
  18.  
  19. Lastly, during installation the program will exit to DOS in order to 
  20. decompress some files.  After this, the program will reenter windows
  21. and continue operations.
