This version can load itself into an upper memory block.
This works fine as long as DOS doesn't fool around with the
XMS memory manager. DOS versions 5 and up do this if config.sys
contains the line dos=high, umb. Even worse most documentations of
this 'feature' are incorrect. But I hope I got this fixed now.
The current version should work with all DOS versions, memory
managers and regardless if there is 'dos=high, umb' in config.sys
or not. But I can't guarantee. Furthermore who knows what
Microsoft or IBM will change in the next DOS version ?
Please try it - it should work now. If not please send me your
config.sys and autoexec.bat and I will try to make it work.
