  3. using WC-Code v4.10. Auction Online does just
  4. what the name implies. You put up an item to
  5. be auctioned off and set the starting bid.
  6. Callers can then use this door to see what is
  7. being auctioned. If a caller decides to post
  8. a bid the new bid is updated. However, before
  9. a caller can post a bid, the bid is checked
  10. against their subscription or netmail balance
  11. (definable by Sysop) to see if credits exist.
