  4.      - Added a "cHoose Dest" button to dialogs that have an edit
  5.        field for entering a destination directory.  Pressing the
  6.        "cHoose Dest" button displays an abbreviated directory tree
  7.        (much like the AM Quick Directory) from which the destination
  8.        directory path may be chosen to insert directly into the
  9.        edit field.  The same function can be achieved by right clicking
  10.        the mouse in a destination path entry field
  11.  
  12.      - Added an alternate means of invoking the Quick Directory Tree
  13.        display (Ctrl+Q).  Left clicking on the top line of either main
  14.        file window invokes the full AM tree dialog.  Right clicking now
  15.        invokes the abbreviated quick tree dialog.

  17.      - Added the capability to create, edit, and add a new FILE_ID.DIZ
  18.        to the compressed being viewed in the AM compressed file viewer.
  19.        A new viewer button "File_Id" (Alt+I) invokes this feature.

  21.      - Fixed a bug in the Tree Size function (Alt+F2) that output
  22.        incorrect values when the target tree was the last in the
  23.        directory tree.
