  7.   PHYSICS by PICTURES is educational computer courseware in the
  8. field of physics for both teachers students and schoolchildren. It
  9. consists of reference book, problems with possibilities to enter and
  10. check answers and a set of colorful computer simulations and
  11. constructors from Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity, Optics,
  12. Atomic Physics, etc. It is possible to choose  all
  13. parameters of computer experiments.

  15. This software is being released as nagware.  Copies may be freely
  16. distributed by BBSes, FTP sites, CD-ROMs, disk vendors, etc..., with
  17. the following conditions:

  19. - The following files must all be present together, and unmodified when
  20.   distributed. Under modifications we understand the changing, adding or
  21.   removing of any files of this package without the author's written
  22.   permission:

  52. - You have the right to test this program for the period of one month.

  54. - You are NOT allowed to pack this program together with a commercial
  55.   program or a book.

  57. - You are encouraged to put this program on as many BBS systems as possible.

  59. - PBP is copyrighted shareware.  It should never be classified as
  60.   public domain or free software.

  62. - The full version that will be sent to registered users should not be
  63.   distributed in any form.

  65. - Usage of this software after the trial period of one month is in
  66.   violation of international Copyright law! Also it is unfair against
  67.   the authors, who spent hundreds of hours writing this program.

  69. - License for the registered version is not transferable.

  71. - Those who will be enjoyed with e PBP are expected to register with the
  72.   authors. Users are given a 30 day evaluation period. The registration
  73.   form can be printed by typing "COPY REGISTER.TXT PRN" at the DOS prompt.

  76.   The full version may be installed on as many computers as desired, as
  77.   long as it is ONLY running once at a time (I.e. one installation at
  78.   home and one at the office used by the same person). The usage by
  79.   multiple persons at the same time  (on multiple computers) requires
  80.   site licence. Site licences allow an institution, company or school
  81.   to install the program on multiple computers or on a server.
